AI may help draft text, code or visuals; answer site questions; organize agent activity; interpret company-approved knowledge; or suggest routing, scheduling and workflow actions.
Limits
AI systems can confidently produce false, incomplete or outdated information. Outputs should be treated as assistance, not guaranteed facts or professional advice.
Human control
Consequential actions should use appropriate review and approval. Users remain responsible for permissions, submitted data and decisions made from output. Jubber can route a conversation to a person when human help is appropriate.
